Should We Bring Back the Gatekeepers?

I talk with Shoshana Weissman of R Street Institute and Jess Miers of the Chamber of Progress about recent Supreme Court cases challenging Section 230—the law that created the user-driven Internet we know and (mostly) love. We discuss the moderator’s dilemma, how the Wolf of Wall Street inadvertently helped create the Internet, and how attitudes toward Section 230 cut across the usual partisan lines.
