One of the great mistakes we make in the whole political debate over “wokeness” or “cancel culture” is to view this as primarily a political phenomenon or issue.
As I have known since I first discovered Ayn Rand and her life-enhancing philosophy, it always comes down to education. Decades of anti-mind education have created a populace literally without 'minds', people without the capacity to reason out the consequences of their actions and the actions of their political and intellectual leaders. And the problem isn't going to get solved until education once again becomes a tool for developing the capacity to think critically and seek truth regardless of where that path leads.
